Cheap Domain Names

February 23rd, 2007

Just wanted to kick this blog off with my favorite place to buy cheap domain names. I recently opened an account with Godaddy and have been very pleased with the service, price and customer support. I was so happy with the service that I transfered all of my domains there.

Domains are only $8.95 by themselves and only $1.99 if you purchase a domain along with any of their other services. I went crazy and bought a ton of new domains and a membership to TDNAM (The Domain Name After Market). So far the experience has been top notch along with the customer service. I accidently overpurchased an email acct and some backorders and they refunded my money with no questions asked.

If you haven’t heard of TDNAM, it is a place to buy and sell expiring domain names. This is a whole other topic in itself that we will revisit very soon.

All in all Godaddy rocks and their prices are very affordable. They also offer discounts when you buy larger quantities of products. If you are in the market for cheap domain names, Godaddy is the place to be. I have used many companies over the past ten years and no one has come close.

Welcome to my blog!

Well my very first blog is online and I am ready for action. My name is Todd and I am an adult webmaster/designer. This blog is here to document my online business ventures and hopefully help lead others down the path to success along the way with informative information on various money making topics.

To start out let me tell you a little bit about my myself.
I have been involved with web design and affiliate marketing for about 10 years now. I am a part time web designer and part time affiliate marketer. I am mainly into promoting adult affiliate programs but also indulge in some main stream marketing as well. I have developed and maintained several adult web sites including pay sites and an adult sponsor program. As of late I have really started getting into PPC search engines and will be discussing such topics in future days.

I am very excited about jumping head first into the world of blogs and look forward to learning and sharing my experiences with making money on blogs. Although I will be documenting my experiences with making money on blogs, my main objective for this site will be to help others like you make money with affiliate programs. I will also be sharing my personal knowledge and experiences with web design, se optimization, ppc search engines, expiring domains, web hosting, scripts and more.

By the way my inspiration for this blog came from problogger.net. You should definitely check out Darren’s blog if you are at all interested in blogging for profits. Problogger is a huge blog with massive amounts of traffic and will definitely make you reconsider blogging if you ever had any doubts. You will find some very nice articles including “Earning a Six Figure Income From Blogging“. He also tells you what sponsors he uses and gives you some numbers which is a wake up call for any sane person about to enter the online world of blogging.

Stick around its gonna be fun. It will not be dull I promise!

About

February 23rd, 2007

Hi my name is Todd Yeakle and welcome to my blog.

I am 30 years old and live in Canton, GA. I have a beautiful girlfriend and beautiful 2 and a half year old daughter named Lily Belle. She is the light of my life and inspires everything I do.

I was born in Decatur, GA but quickly moved and spent the first four years of my life in Connecticut. I then moved back to Canton, GA and spent the rest of my childhood there. I grew up skateboarding and dreamed of one day becoming a pro.

Although I never reached my dream I soon became obsessed with the internet. I began buying domain names and started designing my first web sites. I definitely found my niche with computers and haven’t looked back since. Ever since then I have been developing web sites and promoting affiliate programs on the web. My specialties include Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash and Photoshop. I also know mySQL, PHP, Perl, Java and more.

I am also an artist. My specialties are pencil, pen and ink. Every once and a while I will tackle a painting. I am also a musician. I have a band called Empty Face. I am the lead singer/bass player. We play locally in and around the Athens, GA area. Although of late we have not played many gigs I plan on following this dream in the future.

Well I think that pretty much sums me up. I hope to meet a lot of new friends on my blogging journey and wish everybody luck in their personal endeavors.

Todd
