I recently started making some Lenses over at Squidoo.com and have gotten some very good results.

I have gotten a lot of free quality se traffic in a very short period of time. Partially due to the fact that some of the lenses I chose had already been registered and were unclaimed at the moment. Basically I got lucky. I was searching some dating keyword combinations in google and found some lenses that were top ten and just happened to be unclaimed. I am actually #1 in google for a very good (dating) keyword combination at the moment. But don’t worry you will still get indexed and be getting traffic within a few days of making your lens.

Squidoo is basically a community of lenses (similar to blogs) on various topics across the board. You can create a lens in a matter of minutes. Squidoo makes it easy providing hundreds of modules you can easily add to your lens with the click of a mouse. Not only that but you make money with certain modules like Amazon, Ebay and hundreds of others. For example if you have a lens about recipes, you can add an Amazon module that will list current recipe products from Amazon. If someone clicks the product and ends up purchasing it, you get paid.

Google loves Squidoo and most of the time you will get very good placement in google for your keywords. Just make sure your Squidoo extension (squidoo.com/your-extension) has your keyword combination. Also use a dash in between your keywords.

So far the stats for my top lens is over 500 uniques in 7 days and it is all search engine traffic. I have made two sales worth $150 from PussyCash using their WildMatch dating site just from traffic from my lenses. So thats not too bad for free traffic and its only been about a week since I signed up. Anyways just a neat little way to get some free traffic and a lot of traffic if you know what you are doing.

Craigslist.org is a great place to get some free traffic. I am talking about quality search engine traffic and not just traffic from craigslist.

I recently posted an ad for (affordable windows web hosting) as an experiment and showed up as #11 in googles search results for that specific keyword combination.

Because craigslist is such a big site with so many pages indexed in google it is easy to to post an ad and have it show up in google with very good results. You just have to use some basic se optimization tactics. Treat your ad just like an actual page for a web site. The great thing about this is there is no limit to how many ads you can post and have show up in the se’s for multiple keyword combinations. Just don’t post the same ad more than once or post more than one ad a day. You will get flagged for spam and your account will be deleted.

Instructions.
Choose post ad and choose your location. Then select the services offered category and choose the category to list your ad in.

Next your going to need an html editor. Start with an h1 tag using the specific keyword combination you are going for. Next use an h2 tag and explain the service you are offering with your keywords sprinkled in. Then write your body (description) explaining your service in pretty good detail. Also sprinkle in some of your keywords here. Finally make a link below your description incorporating your keywords linking to your service. Also link the keywords in your h2 heading to your service.

After that go back and bold all of the keywords in your body. Thats it, now just copy all of the html and paste it into your description at craigslist and submit your listing. Google indexes almost every day so it shouldn’t take to long to see the results. My ad showed up in Google after only 3 days of posting. This could be a huge resource for se traffic if you know what you are doing so take advantage of it. Ads expire after 45 days so you will have to repost eventually but it is worth the time.

Se traffic in under 3 days for free, you can’t beat that!
